I thought it has lost its appeal and charm-the web advertising through buying pixel place!
Obviously some have hope on this form of advertising and the system still does exist but definitely on a low profile.
When it was brought on a year ago, people though they could make millions out of selling a pixel luring the advertisers (me included) on the premise that their pixel will remain in the cyber space for ever.
Thats true, but visitors?
Here is one link I happen to visit today. It is Pittsburgh Pixels.
The web site is loaded with distracting advertisements. The pixel price is only 10 cents per pixel.
I noticed a lot of vacant space. Since the price is affordable, it is tempting for me too.
