Learn to counsel.

I was one of the fortunate invitees from a rural based school but run by a giant corporate body. I was asked just to observe the teachers and give my feedback.

To be frank, I was quite impressed with the quality of teaching which was much better than city schools. When I gave a clean chit, the management insisted that I find some fault with their teachers but I strongly refused.

Then I realized that I can contribute something as per the expectation of the school management. I quickly wrote a two page report which I knew would displease them.

I felt the management needed some counseling and suggested that they sponsor one or two academic staff to take up online education from Capella University.
